These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the device trade-in and buyback service provided by IDW BuyBacks ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our service or accepting an offer, you agree to these Terms.

Our service

IDW BuyBacks buys used and eligible devices from customers. Quotes provided on this website are estimates only and are based on the information you provide. The final offer is determined after we inspect the device in person and may differ from the online estimate.

Quotes and offers

• Online estimates are not a binding offer and may change after inspection.
• We may revise or decline an offer if the device's actual model, condition, or functionality differs from what was described, or if we cannot verify ownership.
• Each accepted quote is assigned a reference number for tracking your trade-in.

Your device and eligibility

By offering a device to us, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, that you are the lawful owner (or authorized to sell it), and that the device is not reported lost or stolen. Before handing over a device, you are responsible for removing any activation locks or passcodes (for example, signing out of iCloud and disabling Find My), and for backing up and erasing your personal data.

Your data on the device

We are not responsible for any data left on a device you give us. Devices we accept may be reset and wiped. Please back up and remove all personal information before your trade-in.

Payment

Payment is made after you accept the final offer and we complete inspection, using the payout method agreed at the time. Payouts are handled in person at our store.

SMS Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and accepting an offer, you consent to receive transactional text messages from IDW BuyBacks related to your trade-in, such as confirmations and status updates.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further texts. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that estimates will match final offers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IDW BuyBacks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service or any trade-in.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
